This allows for a trained Enclave Technician to access your CineHub remotely to troubleshoot, calibrate and insure that your CineHome II/CineHome PRO system are functioning properly and assist with setup issues.
NOTE: Enclave technicians cannot offer support for third party hardware including devices connected to your TV and the TV itself. Due to legal and liability concerns, we can only support devices we manufacture. We appreciate your understanding.
NOTE: It can take a few moments for the beta status for the Enclave app to activate on your account once you've joined.
Your app now will be the beta version of the app from your device desktop. You do not need to go into the Beta section each time to access the app.
